COVID brought many challenges to the healthcare field, including those working in behavioral health. As more individuals sought out counseling and therapy and more people found themselves in crisis, the behavioral healthcare staff became overwhelmed with the increased acuity and volume of people in need. The last few years have been very stressful times for healthcare professionals and Renee looks forward to bringing her trauma informed clinical and yoga skills together to provide compassionate resources to decrease burnout and provide hope to those who passionately help others.
